About Us

The San Antonio Cowboys is a non-profit organization who has been affiliated with TYFA (Texas Youth Football Association) since 2007. The SA Cowboys is operated by Eduardo Hernandez (CFO), Adolfo E. Guerrero (CEO), and Eduardo De Luna (AD), who established the first board the Cowboys have had in 2009. As coaches and parents, our coaching staff is not only dedicated to the organization, but also to the players and the community. Our goal as an organization is to build upon a child’s self-esteem and to give back to the community we live in. We are determined to teach each child the importance of discipline, maintaining dedication to their personal beliefs and the importance of following through and never giving up on goals. Our wish is for every player to continue through life remembering the three D’s: Determination, Discipline and Dedication. We are thankful to our Cowboy families who contribute their time out of their busy schedules to help maintain a successful team. Without their dedication we will not be where we are today. We look forward to another successful year and the growth of the SA Cowboys in the years to come.
